Pathways to Recovery: A Support and Resilience Group (In-Person)

Event Date & Time: Fridays at 10am

This in-person alcohol and substance abuse recovery group offers a supportive, judgment-free space for adults who want to reduce or eliminate alcohol or substance use and build a healthier, more grounded life. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional resilience, improving coping strategies, and understanding the patterns that keep people stuck. Each session blends practical skills, like DBT techniques for managing urges and big emotions, CBT tools for reframing unhelpful thoughts, mindfulness practices, boundary-setting, and relapse-prevention strategies, with open, honest conversation. You’ll have the opportunity to share at your own pace, learn from others, and feel the relief of being in a room where people truly get it.

While recovery can feel overwhelming, you don’t have to navigate it on your own. The group is facilitated by an experienced, compassionate therapist who brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to the process. Join us weekly to connect with others, strengthen your recovery toolkit, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels steadier, healthier, and more in your control.

The recovery support group meets at our Downtown Tampa office every Friday at 10am. All groups are fully confidential and protected under HIPAA, meaning everything shared in the room stays in the room. There is no subscription or long-term commitment. You pay per session and you’re welcome to attend sessions as you need them. Once you register, our group facilitator will reach out to schedule a quick phone call and confirm all the details.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
