Calm and Clarity: An Anxiety and Stress Management Group (In-Person)

This in-person group is designed for adults who feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed and want a safe, supportive space to talk through their challenges and learn practical tools that genuinely help. Whether your  anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, physical tension, constant worry, or difficulty relaxing, this group offers guidance and strategies to help you feel more in control. Each week, we explore skills that build confidence and calm, including DBT techniques for managing emotions and stress, CBT strategies for challenging anxious thoughts and reducing overthinking, healthy boundaries, compassionate self-talk, mindfulness, and simple grounding practices you can use anytime. Stress is something everyone goes through, but going through it alone is optional.

This group is led by an expert, compassionate therapist who will guide you with warmth, clarity, and evidence-based tools. Join us in-person each week as an opportunity to reset, recharge, and connect with others who understand, while empowering yourself to thrive in everyday life.

This group meets at our Downtown Tampa location every Friday at 3pm. All groups are fully confidential and protected under HIPAA, meaning everything shared in the room stays in the room. There is no subscription or long-term commitment. You pay per session and you’re welcome to attend sessions as you need them. Once you register, our group facilitator will reach out to schedule a quick phone call and confirm all the details.
